Profiteroli sa kremom od badema

Profiterole with Almond Crème by you.

za testo: 180 ml vode, 30 g maslaca, 75 g brašna, 15 g gustina, 2-3 jaja, malo praška za pecivo /// za krem: 300 ml mleka, 1 pak. Mandella pudinga od vanile (puding sa seckanim bademima), malo arome badema, 1 žumanac, 85 g mekog maslaca, 120 g šećera u prahu /// 50 g bele čokolade, 50 g tamne čokolade (70% kakaa), 2 kaš. listića badema, 2 kaš. seckanih pistaća

 Zavreti vodu sa maslacem. Izmešati brašno sa gustinom i odjednom dodati u uzavrelu vodu, mešati dok se ne formira grudva.
 U vruću masu umešati jedno po jedno jaje. Kad se masa ohladi umešati prašak za pecivo. Masu staviti u špric i istiskivati male kuglice na pleh. Peći na  200*C, oko 20 minuta.
 Skuvati puding. Ohladiti ga. Ulupati maslac sa šećerom i žumancetom. Dodati ohlađeni puding i sve umutiti. Ovim filovati ohlađene i prepolovljene profiterole. 
Preliti otopljenim čokoladama i posuti pistaćima i listićima badema.
