Praliné au Chocolat

za Praliné (oko 20 kom.):

125 g čokolade, 125 g maslaca, 125 g šećera u prahu, 150 g mlevenih badema, oko 30 ml likera od jaja 'Advokaat' /// za valjanje: po 4 kašike  šećera u prahu, gorkog kakaa, mlevenih pistaća

pripremanje:

1. Sitno izlomiti čokoladu i otopiti je na pari. Zatim dodati maslac i sve sastojke dobro promešati.
2. Šećer u prahu izmešati sa mlevenim bademima i likerom od jaja, pa umešati u masu sa čokoladom.
3. Kašičicom vaditi po malo mase i oblikovati kuglice (Ø 2cm). Kuglice uvaljati u šećer u prahu, kakao i mlevene pistaće. Praline držati u frižideru do serviranja.
